“Wild woman are an unexplainable spark of life. They ooze freedom and seek awareness, they belong to nobody but themselves yet give a piece of who they are to everyone they meet.
If you have met one, hold on to her, she'll allow you into her chaos but she'll also show you her magic.”

About the Dance Facilitator
My name is Kayla and I have been facilitating and teaching creative dance and music for over 16 years. I have previously worked for organisations such as Dance East, The Garage and Musical Keys running Dance, Drama and Music sessions.
Styles include street dance, contemporary technique and improvisation. I also worked for School Sports Partnership as a Dance Coach delivering INSET Training to Primary School Teachers on how to plan and teach dance within the curriculum. I have designed and taught on the undergraduate PE programme and PGCE Primary Post graduate programme at The University of East Anglia.
I am so excited to be offering Wild Woman Dancing to embrace and embody the five elements and to inspire other women to connect with their wild woman!
