WHAT IS WILD WOMAN DANCING?
A movement journey through the five elements of nature, to embody the five elements as part of your journey to celebrate and arrive home to yourself.
I am so excited to share my love of moving to soulful and uplifting music and celebrate the elements of nature with you. Each track is specifically chosen to help you embrace each of the elements with some guided movement imagery to help you flow.
You can embrace the dance how ever you want to. You can dance to the beat of your own drum and move however feels good in your body. Let the music ignite your soul!

You are responsible for your health and safety at all times.
Due to the nature of zoom sessions Wild Tree Gatherings movement facilitator can not take responsibility for your safety the same way we could in person.
You have enough space to dance in
Roll up any mats or rugs
Make sure there are no trip hazards, wires etc.
If anyone else is dancing with you it is at your own risk
Make sure you have good ventilation in the room and access to a window
Take regular breaks and go at your own pace.

About the Dance Facilitator
My name is Kayla and I have been facilitating and teaching creative dance and music for over 16 years. I have previously worked for organisations such as Dance East, The Garage and Musical Keys running Dance, Drama and Music sessions.
Styles include street dance, contemporary technique and improvisation. I also worked for School Sports Partnership as a Dance Coach delivering INSET Training to Primary School Teachers on how to plan and teach dance within the curriculum. I have designed and taught on the undergraduate PE programme and PGCE Primary Post graduate programme at The University of East Anglia.
I am so excited to be offering Wild Woman Dancing to embrace and embody the five elements and to inspire other women to connect with their wild woman!
